The room was spacious and had big windows, which made it really lovely. The parking lot was big, which was great since we had a car. The location was in a typical Austrian city, surrounded by beautiful scenery.
The receptionist didn't speak English very well, which made it difficult to communicate. I had issues getting an invoice under my name, and ended up with a handwritten card receipt, which was unacceptable.

Spacious room with wide windows. Lovely surroundings in Sankt Florian. Big parking lot for convenience. Option for freshly prepared breakfast. Great location in typical Austrian city.

The location of the hotel is great, situated in a typical Austrian city with lovely surroundings. the room was spacious with wide windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff offered to freshly prepare breakfast , a nice touch. the hotel also had a large parking lot, perfect for those traveling by car.
I must mention that the communication with the staff was a bit challenging, as their English language skills were not very strong.

It also had a big parking lot which was convenient if you travel by car. the rooms were spacious with large windows, providing a lovely atmosphere.
Some of the staff had difficulties communicating in English which made it difficult for me to get an invoice under my name. the furniture in the rooms was quite outdated and in need of a makeover.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was quite spacious with wide windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. It was a pleasant surprise to find a large parking lot, perfect for guests arriving by car. The receptionist kindly offered to prepare a fresh breakfast for us, although we unfortunately had to decline due to time constraints. The surroundings of this Austrian city were simply lovely.
